Hello there, thanks for that article, i would like to add some staff
1-People need to be aware , not manupipulated, educated
2-There should be a eligibility level to vote, people need to have that eligibility by training and tests
3-Nomination for presidency shouldnt be on "party" basis
4-Supreme court members (or any justice authority like with difftent name) should be also choosen by the people who are eligible to protect goverment against presidency
In regards to presidential nominations, I totally agree. My proposal eliminates primaries and creates a voting situation where political parties cannot dominate. The president would be a centrist, not someone vetted by an extremist party.
In regards to voting eligibility, I have something there as well. We restrict voting eligibility for the House of Brights (Part 1 Section 4.1.2.2) based on intelligence (scientific knowledge and problem solving). However we have the House of Commons to (Part 1 Section 4.1.2.1) to ensure that everyone is represented.
In regards to supreme court appointments, I'd prefer to see them appointed by Congress and President (as is done today). This is because I don't think the Supreme Court should be a populist institution. But I believe we would see good judges with a reasonable Congress and a centrist President in place.
In regards to making people aware ... I'm doing everything I can. Help spread the word.
